Menghilangkan penyebab kegagalan kinerja
Tahun 2017 akan berakhir, dimana banyak perusahaan (organisasi) dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja yang telah dilalui menemukan kekurangan, kesalahan, dan/atau hambatan, sehingga target pencapaian kinerja tidak terpenuhi. Kegagalan dalam pencapaian target kinerja, merupakan suatu kerugian yang harus dibayar oleh perusahaan (organisasi), karena perusahaan telah mengeluarkan biaya yang besar dengan harapan mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis dari tahun sebelumnya. Penyebab utama dari kegagalan untuk mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan, seringkali diabaikan dan menjadi perdebatan diantara anggota organisasi untuk mencari akar permasalahan atas tidak tercapainya target kinerja. Penyelesaian yang sering diambil sebagai langkah bijaksana dari perdebatan antara anggota organisasi, hanyalah bersifat untuk mengurangi konflik dan mengesampingkan kelemahan pada setiap anggota atas kegagalan pencapaian target kinerja.
